Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. Retained for 30 days for security purposes.

No cookies are set on this marketing website unless you log in to a product trial instance.

3. Product Data (On-Premise Deployment)

Shopfloor Copilot software is deployed on your own infrastructure. All production data — OEE metrics, machine signals, shift records, operator notes — is stored entirely within your facility's servers. We have no access to your production data.

The local AI inference engine (Ollama) processes all AI queries within your network. No data is sent to external AI APIs.

4. How We Use Your Data

To diagnose technical issues (server logs, with your consent)
To improve the website and product

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
