By accessing shopfloor-copilot.com or using Shopfloor Copilot software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or software.

2. Description of Service

Shopfloor Copilot provides an on-premise AI-powered Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software delivered as Docker container images. The software is licensed for deployment on your own infrastructure. These terms apply to the website and any hosted trial or demo instances.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Shopfloor Copilot software for legitimate manufacturing operations monitoring and management in accordance with UK and EU law. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Use the software for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems
• Redistribute the software without a valid commercial licence

4. Intellectual Property

Shopfloor Copilot, its source code (except Open Source components), trademarks, and documentation are owned by Shopfloor Copilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open Source components are licensed under their respective licences.

5. Data Ownership

All manufacturing data processed by the on-premise deployment remains your data. You retain full ownership. We have no access to data processed within your deployment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating the software's suitability for your operational environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopfloor Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software or website, including but not limited to production losses, data loss, or equipment damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the website or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
